From an early age, I always believed that I could accomplish anything if I put my mind to it.Even after I entered the workforce,I continued to plan ahead and achieve my goals to becomethe person I wanted to be.My curiosity and dynamic personality, combined with my youth, led to an active 20s.

I wanted to work to create something, to make things. And if I am going to spend my entire life, Iwant to spend it on what I think is the most beautiful thing in the world. With this in mind, he embarked on a journey to find the most beautiful thing he could find.I went to various countries and looked around at architecture and works of art.Armed with a camera and a paintbrush, I went into the lives of various people and documented them.

After my long journey, I realized that "nature" and "people" were the most beautiful things in the world.I was 23 years old when I decided to try a job related to these two. With this, I finally narrowed down the path I wanted to take and made progress in preparing to move toward my dream. With motivation, action, and hard work, you can carve out a life.I also had confidence in myself for taking action and producing results.

Accident in Myanmar.

I invited my younger brother, who had become a bit of a recluse, to join me on a trip to Thailand and Myanmar during his middle school summer vacation, hoping that it would give him a chance to take the next step.

My brother was very excited about his first trip to Myanmar. I was relieved to see him regain his confidence as he came into contact with the warm local people.

Then one day, by a series of coincidences, an accident occurred. [/col73][/colwrap][/colwrap]

The two were in the back of a shared-ride truck. There was a stove weighing about 10 kg on the roof of the truck as luggage, andthe street tree and the luggage got caught and the stove flew off.It hit me in the head at a speed of 40 km/h and almost blew me off the bus.Fortunately, my hand unconsciously grabbed the pillar forcefully and I did not fall.

My forehead was broken and I was taken to the operating table.I avoided losing my eyesight by hitting only my forehead, andmy left hand, which unconsciously gripped the car firmly, served as a lifeline and prevented me from being run over by a car following me.

From this point on, my battle with pain and complaints began.Nausea, pain, high fever, depression, insomnia, dizziness, drowsiness, hearing loss, tinnitus, memory loss, olfactory disturbance, and manyother symptoms came upon me.It wastrulya department store of complaints.

I was a positive person, but from that day on, I could only think negatively.I hated meeting people. It was as if other people were living inside me.

Gone were the days when I used to think I could do anything as long as I tried.

My dream is to take away the pain.

Many x-rays taken.

[/col37][col73]

I was examined at Bangkok Bumrungrad Hospital, the largest private hospital in Asia.I was only given painkillers that did not work.

After returning to Japan, I immediately went to a local hospital for a checkupand after the MRI and x-rays were taken, the doctor said, "There is nothing wrong. It's just my imagination.I still remember that I had to ask the doctor again because the comment was so shocking.I still remember asking again, "What? Not only the pain, but all sorts of symptoms are present, and it's all in my head?

Then the doctor shopping began. After several MRIs, I am diagnosed as having no abnormalities.I couldn't believe what was happening right in front of my eyes.I thought maybe it was because I was in the countryside, so I went to hospitals in other prefectures, but it was the same.It was around this time that I began to realize that Western medicine might not be able to cure me.

解剖書[/col37][col73][col73] If there was a clinic with even the slightest reputation, I tried it from one side to the other, even if it was outside the prefecture. I tried osteopathic clinics, acupuncture and moxibustion, chiropractic, Chinese-style bodywork, etc., with only slight improvement.

One day, while researching in the library, I came across a Chinese herbal formula for pain relief that was far superior to what was prescribed in Japan. He said, "No more. They won't cure me in Japan.

Two weeks later, I was flying to China.

I arrived in Yunnan Province in southern China with no leads or information.I asked the people at the inn where the best hospitals for pain were and went on a hospital tour. The doctors did not always speak English well, so we received medical examinations by writing in Chinese characters.I took an infusion of Chinese herbs, but the pain did not go away.

I tried Chinese bodywork, but that didn't work either.I felt depressed and wondered if there was no one who could cure me anywhere in the world.

During a visit to an obscure rural area that does not appear in any guidebooks, a miracle occurs when he stops by a clinic.

The next morning after taking the prescribed Chinese herbs, he woke up to find that his pain had completely disappeared. It was like in the movie "Leonard's Morning. It was like the movie "Leonard's Morning! I might be able to do something with this.

However, a short time after returning to Japan, the pain returned. Then I remembered,"Are you from the North or the South ? Are you from the South? the doctor said. The prescription was based on the assumption that I was living in Yunnan Province. When the food and environment changed, the Chinese medicine stopped working.

I was left with nothing but a lot of ineffective herbal remedies and disappointment. It was the spring of my 24th year.

Encounter with Power Partner

I spent my days working in a call center while on nerve blocks that only worked for a few hours.I wondered if all treatments were going to make a headway and if I would just have to find a way to get along.

I met someone who made a big difference in my head-banging condition.I met the woman who is now my wife after I mistakenly approached her at work. She believed, without any evidence, that you can be cured. She then searched for treatments and books, butall she found was information that she had not been able to find in her own research.

I met excellent healers andwas able to slow down the rate at which I immediately returned to my original conditionafter treatment. The therapies I had encountered so far had not significantly improved my condition, butwith the help of my partners, I was able to make great progress.

It had already been 13 years since the accident; I was 34 years old.

Starting toward a dream

Until now, I had to consult my body when choosing a job. From now on, however, I can go for the job I want to challenge myself.I decided to use my knowledge and experience to become a back pain therapist.

In this way, Iwas able to move forward on the path of "creating and changing people's physical and mental health into a healthy state," which issimilar to the "work that creates nature or people," which was my dream before my accident. It is a wonderful experience to be able to work together with my wife.

I started working as a therapist in Japan.Later, I went abroad for a long period of time and decided to work as a therapist in other countries as well. And this turned out to be an unexpected ordeal.

Started to provide treatment abroad.

In the summer of 2017, they were staying in Iran.

They were referred to someone who was suffering from back pain. However, he spoke only Farsi, so they were in trouble, and a man was willing to translate into English. As word of mouth spread, he took care of the booking and scheduling. Thanks to him, I spent many days working late into the night every day with a reassuring colleague.

A man diagnosed with a herniated disc who was six days away fromsurgery was able to improve in a short period of time and avoid surgery.

An interior decorator who had been unable to raise his arm for six months was so happy that his arm was healed that heeven invited us out for drinks, which was prohibited by law.

An 80-year-old woman's hands, which had been unable to lift, improved, anda lady who had trouble with stairs was overjoyed to be able to step on them without pain.

I was more than happy that my past experiences were useful for someone else.It was also a wonderful experience to witness the couple's hopeful and energetic transformation.

Conditions were worse than expected.

However, we were not able to improve all of our clients.Especially in Iran, where folk medicine is not well developed andthe level of medical care in the country is not high, most people left their body pain uncared for.

As a result, the condition is so severe that evenexercisesto loosen up the body cannot be done, oreven if exercises can be done, it takes a long time to reach improvement. In other countries, the treatment often takes at most the third time, butin Iran, many people have specially severe symptoms.

The results are important because of the language barrier.Since you have come to us from a distant town with high expectations, we want you to leave after your pain is relieved. This was anewchallenge that weran into due to the limited time of stay and the seriousness of the symptoms.

Looking for anatomy-based techniques.

Research began in search of a fast-acting technique, and the decision to adopt the technique developed by KenYamamoto was based on the fact that it was anatomically based, safe, and reliable. Especially in Iran, where he had many opportunities to perform procedures on doctors, he had to be able to explain the anatomy to them in order to convince them of his techniques.

It is also safe in that the approach is not based on where the pain is occurring, but far away from where the pain is. For example, a neck pain can be cured by adjusting the feet, and numbness in the hands can be improved by adjusting the lower body in many cases.

Back to China and Iran.

The following year, I headed to China and Iran.I got in touch with a man I had treated in the past.Hewas happy to see that asa result of his continued self-care, he had become more energetic andyouthful. He was able to offer us a place to treat him.His family worked together to help him manage his appointments and arrange transportation.

The results of the KenYamamoto Technique were outstanding. The anatomy of the treatment is not affected by race, body type, etc., and it is painless for the client.

The fact that we were able to achieve results in a shorter time, while still being safe, was a great accomplishment considering the language barrier and the time it takes to get to the next visit. We had much less frustration than the previous year.

Successful Self-Care Improvements in China.

[colwrap][col37]

We visited Guangzhou, in the south of China, near Hong Kong. Here, too, a trusted colleague joined our project. Moreover, they even took time off work to coordinate with us.Although she was not fluent in English, we still wanted to ask her to work with us.

We arrived at a rural town 10 hours by train from Guangzhou.I thought there were many good acupuncture doctors in China. However, I was told that the healers in that town had gone to the city and I could not get good treatment. That town, like Iran, does not have acupuncture and moxibustion care even if you are in pain. Therefore, many people have more serious symptoms than in Japan.

[/col73][/colwrap]

A woman with a long-standing slipped back was initially taken by a family member and looked sad.She felt completely fine and received 27 eggs as a thank you.a month later, before returning to Japan, I suggested another visit, butshe seemed in good spirits, saying that she was busy with work and did not need a visit.Self-care kept her in good condition.

A math teacher, who had been suffering from back pain since she was young, improved her back pain on her own by practicing self-care exercises.

Thefact thatthe KenYamamoto Technique can improve in a short time andmaintain good condition through self-careis a great relief to us, considering that we would have to return to our home countries. After spending so much money on treatment over the years, itwas a pleasure for me to be able to prescribe a less expensive method of improvement.

In this way, I have been able to help alleviate pain with the support of many local people.

When pain is reduced, society becomes richer.

Pain kills.Pain kills talent andeven changes personality.

Pain slowly but surely takes away time and money.Eventually, it affects families and workplaces, and it can even threaten life itself.Even if there is no pain, some people cannot live their lives to the fullest because of complaints.

This day is the youngest time of your life.If we can eliminate our problems when we are as young as possible, wecan live with moreoptions andmore talents.Time is the only common asset we have been given. Not being able to spend as much time as you would like because of pain isa waste of your talents and dreams.

Considering that I am now a pain therapist, my 13 years of struggle is not a waste. But if I had met the solution even a year earlier,I would havemet more people ata younger age, had moreenergy to pursue my dreams, spent more time making memories with my partner and family, andlived a life that made more sense to me.

I later found out thatthere was a wonderful clinic near my parents' house called Nakano Body Therapy. It had been there for 80 years... I guess I didn't have a chance to meet him.I think it is inevitable that we met through your blog. And if what we have experienced can be of any help to you, we could not be happier.

Thank you for reading this long. Please get out of your chair, stretch your back and rest.
